Owner and Chef David Pugh has been at the helm of the restaurant since it opened 15 years ago, and has built his reputation on using the very best ingredients cooked using classical French techniques to create a contemporary Australian menu. The kitchen is noted for its frequent use of locally grown produce, as David believes that Queensland’s food is both unique and world class in its quality.
Two is the perfect location for weddings, birthdays or other occasions special to you. We can cater for functions as small as 10, or for stand up cocktail functions and as large as 200. We have a private dining area that seats up to 40, and our mezzanine dining area seats 90 comfortably and has views out over the city botanical gardens.
